Authorcart.ai is operated by The Harmony Divide LLC. In these Terms, "Authorcart.ai," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Harmony Divide LLC and the Authorcart.ai service.

By creating an account, using the dashboard, publishing a storefront, or buying through a storefront, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from them.

Authorcart.ai helps authors create hosted direct-to-reader storefronts with AI-assisted site generation, product pages, cart, checkout, order tools, analytics, and related features.

Free hosting is included for storefronts created through Authorcart.ai. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to operate, secure, or improve the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Authorcart.ai is not directed to children under 13. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

Authorcart.ai does not charge a monthly hosting fee for standard storefront hosting. There are no long-term platform contracts unless you separately sign a written agreement with us.

Authorcart.ai earns 10% of each book sale processed through the platform. Payment processors, banks, fulfillment providers, tax providers, or other third parties may charge additional fees.

Fees may be collected automatically through the checkout or payment provider. If we change the platform fee, we will update these Terms or provide notice where appropriate.

Authors are responsible for the books, descriptions, images, prices, claims, offers, policies, and other content they publish through their storefronts.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and sell your content. You keep ownership of your content, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, generate, modify, transmit, and operate it as part of the service.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your products, customers, taxes, marketing, shipping, refunds, accessibility, intellectual property, and consumer disclosures.

Authors are responsible for fulfilling reader orders, honoring stated product terms, responding to customer issues, and handling tax obligations unless a separate provider or integration is expressly responsible for a specific function.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not guarantee that any payment processor, email provider, fulfillment provider, or other third-party service will remain available or error-free.

You may not use Authorcart.ai to sell unlawful goods, infringe intellectual property rights, deceive customers, distribute malware, scrape or attack the service, evade fees, abuse payment systems, or publish hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.

We may remove content, restrict storefronts, suspend accounts, or refuse transactions when we believe it is necessary to protect customers, authors, our service, or legal compliance.

AI-generated layouts, copy, themes, and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish.

Authorcart.ai does not guarantee that AI output will be unique, legally compliant, error-free, or suitable for every book, genre, audience, or business use.

The Authorcart.ai platform, software, interface, design systems, workflows, brand, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Harmony Divide LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

You may stop using Authorcart.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use the platform in a way that harms authors, readers, third parties, or us.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use of Authorcart.ai after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
